Azula was at the President's side in a heartbeat. She may not have super speed but she's still faster then most and she manages to dragging the woman to the ground just in time for the hostage takers partners to catch on and start shooting.
"Stay down." She ordered the leader she had just rescued before tipping over a table to provide them some cover to hide behind. Now that she was more or less safe Azula could go on the offensive, and it turned out she needed to sooner rather then later. One of the secret service that had been at the president's side turned on her. Apparently he had been a double agent? Whatever the reason he now had his gun turned on the President, but his eyes were not on Azula.
Her foot lashed out and up knocking the gun out of his hands and then catching him on the chin. With surprising strength she sent him flying over the table towards the original now-frozen hostage taker.
