He may not have been, but from Cullen's point in time, he certainly was. Victorians versus Millenials. This wasn't the sort of meeting that happened everyday.

"You weren't, like, woken up after a long deep sleep to come kill people, were you?" He didn't seem like one of the Talons that had plagued Gotham City on behalf of the Court of Owls, but one could never be too sure. Then again, here he was, picking up a lost child. "Never mind." That answered that question.

"I can make sense of it, I'm just not sure I can replicate what happened just yet." He'd attempted to scream, but instead a song had burst forth. A song that had momentarily calmed people. Maybe I should be calling myself Bluebird instead of Harper, he thought wryly as he bent down to pick up the toy that the child had dropped. He handed it over to the child and ruffled her soft, chestnut hair with an assuring smile. "You'll be okay. We all will."

He turned back to the crowd. "At least we will if you all can act civilized!"
