Speeder bikes, tasers, and civilians in danger actually feels a little blase if he's being quite honest, and while he's still fuzzy on the details of why anyone should be caring about the current state of the occupants of the next car over. A matter of good deeds, perhaps. Or a show of good faith.
He shifts in his seat, grinning brightly at the rest of the occupants around him.
"Now I'm not one for riling things up, but I think the boys here have gotten just a little too rowdy," he laughs good-naturedly, as if the situation is simply "and I'm thinking it might be good to remind them to play nice, what do you say?"
He glances out the window towards the other car, towards the guard staked at the door, "I think it's time for a nice chat, don't you?"

Alright, the situation isn't ideal, he's willing to admit that. Given the chance, Flowers would have much rather had time to analyze and scout ahead before everyone was hurtling towards their impending doom. It's an inconvenience that he's not entirely thrilled about, but amidst the panic he keeps his cool, drumming his fingers across a rather messy page that's currently attempting to escape the book in his arms. "So! Does anyone see a lever with a smudge of green paint?"
