While North is taking stock of the situation, Dave distracts himself by toying with the stun blaster he'd found himself armed with. He's definitely not the guns guy -- hell, he didn't even have any kind of gunkind or whatever in his strife specibus, but that doesn't seem to matter here, and that's probably one of the weirdest things about this whole situation. But it's cool. He's adaptable.
