Sure, eating all universes is probably more evil than weirding up only one, and maybe she doesn't totally grasp how powerful of a force they'd be up against... Or that she's not even guaranteed to go back to this future with Dipper. But, what else can you do but hope for the best? And fight back as hard as you can.
