Amp is the Bouncing Boy of the new Legion. You've just got to suck it up and deal with the fact that they like him too much to turn him away.

That said, they really could stand to drop a few members. Brainiac 5 is a traitor, Bouncing Boy is fug, and Matter-Eater Lad needs to get back in the kitchen and make me a sandwich.
